Hi Abhishek,

Yes , you are eligibile for jee exam ,by 2021 you will be 20 or 19 .that doesn't matter you have to complete your HSC exam with minimum aggregate to be eligible.it is mandatory that you have to pass in your 10 and +12.

You are eligible for the JEE Advanced 2019 only when the examination board have declared the result of 10+2 for the academic session 2016-17 after June 2017. You can get a maximumm of two attempts in consecutive years to appear for JEE Advanced.
