Actually, you should have secure at least 75% marks in the 12th class board exam, or be in top 20 percentile in the 12th class exam conducted by the respective Boards. Then only you can eligible to get NIT colleges and to appear in the jee advanced exam. And

If you have completed your diploma you cannot sit for jee advance.You can take UPSEE if you want to join B.arch.There is option for diploma holders who want to do engineering.They can get lateral entry in 2nd year of b.tech direct.But for that you need to qualify exams

Yes you can appear for NEET 2019, provided you pass in Chemistry by the time the first round of counselling begins. As per Code 1, those appearing in Class 12 qualifying exam and whose result is awaited, are allowed to appear for NEET 2019.
