First thing is that Not all those who qualify JEE Advance are extraordinary in Physics and Mathematics, They are Just able to solve Physics and Mathematics Problems of JEE Advance level, which they could due to practice they do, therefore if You think You are Good at Mathematics and Physics

Actually, you should have secure at least 75% marks in the 12th class board exam, or be in top 20 percentile in the 12th class exam conducted by the respective Boards. Then only you can eligible to get NIT colleges and to appear in the jee advanced exam. And

If you have completed your diploma you cannot sit for jee advance.You can take UPSEE if you want to join B.arch.There is option for diploma holders who want to do engineering.They can get lateral entry in 2nd year of b.tech direct.But for that you need to qualify exams

Yes,you can be eligible for JEE after giving improvement exam in any number of subjects.Also,you can appear for the subjects in which improvement is needed.It is not necessary to appear in P,C,M.You can appear in any subject and the final marks will be chosen after selecting the highest

2)for other backward community,18 percent of marks
3)for sc ,10percent of marks

Dear Golu, 


Yes you can appear for NEET 2019, provided you pass in Chemistry by the time the first round of counselling begins. As per Code 1, those appearing in Class 12 qualifying exam and whose result is awaited, are allowed to appear for NEET 2019.

If you belong to the SC/ST category,then you need not pay any fees of the college.
However,if you belong to the general category,then you have to pay the fees of your b.tech course.
Clearing JEE Advanced does not make you study for free,it makes you eligible to get

No, You are Not eligible for any of them, as per the eligibility criterion You must score at least 65% in aggregate to be eligible to get Admission into above-mentioned colleges, Since You do not meet the eligibility criterion, You are Not allowed to take admission into these Institutes.
