Only qualifying JEE advance won't do.
You will have to score high marks and a good rank to stand chances of getting into any IIT.

Well marks and cut of every year is not certain. Its totally depends on the cut off of that year. So for IIT admission you will have to score 100 marks if your from sc category. You will easily get top IITs.
