As of now you are still in 11th class, then please check the syllabus and weightage that are coming for JEE mains and advance question paper. Please go through the syllabus and practice them from now onwards. practice few questions which will be available online too!
You can apply for JEE MAIN Entrance Exam to be eligible for JEE Advance as diploma holder can apply for IITs only but in the first year of B.tech program. they will not be eligible to take admission on the basis of JEE Main score.

If you are interested to know the marks required to qualify JEE advanced then there is a cut-off set by IIT which is 35% for general category and change with category however after the exam if due to difficult level of the questions paper this cutoff might be reduced as

Sorry that's not possible. According to first criteria for JEE ADVANCE 2019 , candidates appearing for JEE Advanced 2019 must qualify JEE Main 2019 and secure a position among the top 2,24,000 candidates (including all categories).
