This year JEE main is being conducted two times. So their is no qualification required to answer JEE advanced in April. 

You can answer that exam in April.  AIR will be given only after April exam

With this much percentile i believe in Pwd general category, you do have a chance of getting qualified for JEE Advance exam but to be very sure we have to wait for the official announcements to be made. Once the final result is declared after the April session, then

As far as i know, this is a low score for being eligible for JEE ADVANCE. I would suggest you to appear in april session and improve your score so that you become eligible for JEE advance.But yes the final results are yet to be declared and so is

No, jee mains is considered for admission in NITs or IIITs in different undergraduate courses and jee advanced is considered for admission in IITs in different undergraduate courses.

Congratulations on scoring 66.75 percentile in JEE mains 2019.

Last years cut off for OBC category was 45 and this years it is expected to be around 48-53 .
