No of students attended are 874469.

So your expected rank will be nearly around 6,51,927.

As per previous year jee mains, any rank below 2,00,000 will be qualified for jee advanced.

In order to qualify for JEE Advanced you need to get rank below 224000 in all categories. 

You can calculate your approximate rank based on below formula

((100 – P)/100)*N + 1


where People is your percentile

N is total no of students which is 8.74 lacka

Its my third attempt in jee main 2019. My first attempt was in 2017. But i didnt gave jee advanced in 2017.

Sorry you can't give jee advance this year.

Jee advance can be given maximum 2 times.

1st in the year of taking boards

and 2nd in the immediate next year.

even if you haven't taken jee advance in the 1st time you can't take it again.

Hello Ramcharam,

The cut-off will be announced in April for jee advance, so you have to wait till april to know the cutoff for JEE Advance because it will depend upon the number of students appearing in April too.

    Yes you can change it while applying for jee advanced so just try to give the certificate of caste in the counselling and document verification. Rest you can change  . All the best!
