The exact percentile is not yet announced by National Testing Agency as to how much percentile indicates if a student is eligible to give JEE Advance or not. Also that cannot be estimated as it depends upon various factors.

Hey Rohit,

It's difficult to say about jee advance cutoff percentile as no official statement is released by NTA about cutoff in jee mains exam then also it's quite difficult to get qualified for jee advance at 71 percentile.

According to careers360 rank formula, 

Rank formula= [(100-total score) * (no of students wrote exam)] /100

No of students attended are 874469.

So your expected rank will be nearly around 3,76,022.

As per previous year jee mains, any rank below 2,00,000 will be qualified for jee advanced.

     The NTA has not yet released the percentile criteria for jee advanced so we can not tell you the exact criteria. But marks have been released . So when it will be released we will give you the whole information. All the best!

Hello, dear

 Wellz use the below formula to find your normalisation rank , 

Rank= (100- your total score )×1400000/100

Considering 14lakh total number of student appear in exam.

And put your percentile in place of total score .

If you are getting rank around ,2 lakh AUR below 2 lakh
