We can't say the actual qualifying percentile in JEE mains 2019 because as you know there are 2 attempts for JEE mains,1st held in January and the 2nd one would be in april so after april attempt only NTA will publish the rank list and Cutt off list

your score is quite low to qualify for JEE advance. My advice to you is to give one more attempt for JEE mains in april. Thus would increase your chances to qualify. As the result will be declared on the basis of best out of both the exams.
