Hi Purushotham,

Since their is no official announcement of cutoffs by  NTA so you can't predict your eligibilty in appearing in JEE advance 2019,On my opinion you are not eligible for JEE advance ,you need to score above 95% percentile to confirms your  seat in IITs or NITs.

Since their is no ofifcial  notice about the cutoff ,so i can't say that you are selected or not but you can compare your rank according to your current percentile by going through this link with previous year opening and closing ranks.

Considering that you belong to the SC category your rank range will be around  231,089 - 261,089 and your probable category rank range will be 13776 - 15376.

After considering the percentile mentioned by you, you may be eligible for sitting in JEE ADVANCED. But we cannot confirm

NTA does not published the cutoff for jee main paper 2.And it will be probably only after jee main April exam results are came out. But based on previous year statistics the experts say it will be around 85 percent. So you have some chances to get qualified

Sakthi you need minimum of 75 % marks in aggregate subjects in both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced and 65% marks for SC/ST/PWD applicants . 


OTHER ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA : 

 Candidates should Fall under 24 years of age
