You have got 72 percentile in JEE main that means your rank should be around 320k.you can check here

If you belong from general category you have negligible chance for qualifying advance.according to our expert prediction cutoff for advance may be around 85 percentile.

Yes You are eligible as 75% Mark's are eligibility criteria for Jee.
If you score Mark's more than 50 after cutoff in Mains you can get admission in NITs and similarity if you score Mark's around 50 more than cutoff in Advanced You can get admission in Advanced

Hello.

Your board exam score must be a minimum of 75% so that you can qualify for the Jee Advanced. For admission into IIT, only your Jee rankings will be considered and your board score will not play a role here
