According to your son's percentile in jee mains his General rank will be around 58k and obc rank will be around 18k.

With this rank he will be definitely qualify for jee advanced don't worry about it also he will able to get seat in nits.

If you write improvement exam and get 75 percent then you are eligible for advance but your result must be release before taking admission in IITs.If you write exam this year and your result will release before July then you can take admission in iits.

            Placements depends on your college as well as your department. But whatever you're studying, if you want get placed in top IT sectors, then your stream is not matter. If you have knowledge about programming language, data structures & algorithm, then you will be placed in any company.

You can go IITs if you pass JEE advance this year.You should have appear in JEE main this year and qualify for advance.After clearing advance you can take admission in IITs but this should be your 1st dropout that means this should be your successive second attempt in

The basic requirement to get an iit is to pass 10+2 examination ,apart from this aadhar card is a mandatory document wothout which candidates will not be considered eligible for the exam.please provide some more information about your quary so that we can give more information.
