According to the NTA top 224000 candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the JEE Main 2019 Rank for the JEE Advanced. The number of candidates to be shortlisted is not excat and may vary. JEE Main 2019 rank is expected to be announced by April 30 2019.

according to the experts of well recognised Institutions the cutoff of JEE main will be 85 percentile or more.

so according to this your percentile is low to crack JEE main.

you should reappear in JEE main helding in APRIL.last date of filling form is 7 March.

As per your question, it's hard to say whether you get seat or not in IITs, but u will have chance of getting new NITs.

NTA doesn't declared anything about JEE main cutoff so nothing can be said with 100% surity.although experts from well recognised Institutions has said that the cutoff of JEE main will be 85 percentile or more.

so according to this you will be selected for JEE Advance.
