According to your rank in jee mains your percentile will be close to 85.39 and with this percentile you will not be eligible for jee advanced as the cutoff percentile for general category is 89.7 but if you belong to obc category then you will be eligible.

at this rank it is very difficult to get nits . you have a slight chances of getting of nits in east india like nit meghalaya, nit sikkim, nit manipur.. please go through the below link to know previous year cutoff

Actually, you have to score 75% or in top 20 percentile to your respective board in aggregate & 50% marks in PCM individually in the 12th board examination after that only you can get an NIT college or give the JEE Advanced examination to get IITs.
