Nearly 2.2 lakhs students will qualify for the advanced.

We can not say exactly that you will qualify or not because ; results will depend upon the April exam and strength.

And there will be many same scorer candidates. But according to January session you are eligible but

From this percentile you will get NIT, as you belong to st category.
12 percent do not matters in admission.

Noo You are not eligible For JEE advance exam.

The cutoff of General Category To clear JEE Mains is 89.75..You get Less than that score so You are not Eligible to sit in to JEE advance exam..
