The elibility criteria for getting admission in IITs is minimum 75% aggregate marks in 12th board.or top 20 percentile.

In many state Level 12 board exam,the percentage doesn't reach so high and getting 75% is very difficult.

Nothing can be said definitely until the final merit list is released after the second phase of JEE Mains is conducted. But going on the past year trends, the expected cutoff percentile for SC/ ST/ PWD would be in the range of 40-70 percentile. I would say to be

yes yo can appear in JEE main and JEE advance too.

and remember,

there is no any 12th marks wise eligibilty criteria is defined for appearing in jEE main.

every one who has passed or going to give 12 exam can appear in JEE main.

Asha, 

The MINIMUM percentile required to give JEE ADVANCED is going to be 70. 

If you have got the 70 percentile then only you will be allowed to give jee advanced. 

But your percentile is 35 so you won't be eligible to write JEE ADVANCED.

The cut off of general category is: 89.7548849 and cut off of EWS category is:78.2174869.

As you doesn't belong to EWS you are not eligible for JEE Advance.

You didn't qualified JEE mains .

You can apply for state engineering colleges .you can get that.
