As per last year cutoff if your rank is below 6000 in jee advanced you have a great chance to get Admission in iit gandhinagar.

If you want to become eligible for jee advanced you should have to score atleast 95 percentile in jee mains .Also try to score minimum of 40 percent marks in jee mains in order to qualify jee advanced.

Unfortunately, you cannot change the Category from the one that you have in JEE Mains. Candidates are shortlisted for JEE Advanced based on a particular category and the same should be mentioned even in JEE Advanced. Discrepancy of any sorts for whatsoever reason might not be entertained.
No you can't because jee advanced provide two chances for writing the exam, one in appearing year and the year after it.

For IISC Banglore admission you can fill and submit your form. You can fill your Jee Advance rank once the Jee Advance results will be out. You will get an option the fill it later on. As of now you can fill other details required in the form.

JEE Main 2019 Qualifying cutoff is 74.3166557 as OBC Category. You should meet the cutoff to be eligible for JEE Advance. Based on this percentile the chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. You can also use JEE Main college Predictor tool given below
