Sir,currently I am studying in college year 1.I gave jeemains, secured very good marks. Now I want to leave the college, join a better college.

Kartik Chaturvedi 15th Apr, 2019
Don't leave the college until the results of every single exam you are giving is out. When the counseling is about to begin just ask your college authorisation to cancel next year's fees  and intake and withdraw from the college there could be some formalities furthermore.
