For Jee Main you should go with Aakash, PACE, RaoIiT, etc which are renowned for engineering streams and Medical streams. 

Depends on whuch cpurse uou select at Hindustan University. 

For Bsc, HITSEEE is not required and is only required for Architecture and Engineering courses.
