As per your marks and ranks you have a fare chance to get admission in higher ranked NITs such as NIT Surathkal,NIT Warangal,NIT Trichy,NIT Allahabad,etc and you also have the chance to pursue M.Tech in IITs but lower ranked.So,it's on your choice where to go for M.Tech.

With this score you can't get IIT's or even the lower garde NIT's. To get IIT's for Ece you must have a Score of above 600( IIT Gandhinagar closing cutoff).

So, you can try the state Universities or the other private Univrsities which accepts GATE score.
