The chances of getting even lower NITs are pretty low but some of the state universities can give you admission with this score through ccmt counselling.

You can apply for MS in old IITs and Mtech in new IITs. With this score you can clearly expect call from DTU, NSIT and IIIT Delhi. Through ccmt counselling you will probably get IIIT Allahabad which has nice placements and good chances of getting NIT except Warangal Trichy surathkal

You should apply for MTech in new IITs as their cutoffs are not so high. Through ccmt getting into top 4 NITs ie Warangal Trichy Surathkal and Calicut are pretty low.
