Sorry to say you but with this score you can't get IITS.You can get new nits with some branches.But you can get state government universities and private universities for sure.So you can first try for nits and then state government universities.Best of luck.

With this rank you can surely get IIT Roorkee and if not Roorkee then IITG surely. Last to last year with this you could have gor IIT Kgp.
But this year too you can try IIt Kanpur and IIT Kgp. But if IIt Roorkee is your personal choice
