Usually the cut off for different colleges are high for ME branch.In that case if you are from GEN/OBC you will not get even NITs or IIITs or GFTIs .

But if you belong to SC/ST then you have chances that you might get NIT /IIITs and GFTIs

Score of 392 in GATE is comparitively very low.You won't get IITs/NITs or even GFTIs.You can apply at state engineering colleges/Universities .You might get that .

If you are looking for a reputed college as this is for doing masters then this is not the right score because

Instead of joining in iitkgp microwave better go for iitkgp telecommunication branch it is cool branch and faculty are good and you may get a chance to get to learn many things .all the best.
