I'm sorry to say this, while you do have decent rank, it isn't enough to get admission in NITs or CFTIs. In order to have the slightest chance at the premier institutions like NITs, you need to have 1000AIR for general and 1500 for SC/STs.

Sorry to say, but according to the previous year trends, at this score you won't get seat in IIT's or NIT's.

If you are from Reserved Category, only then there are chances that you have qualified in your GATE paper. In this case you will get admission in
