With this much score of 661 in the GATE examination 2019, your chances of getting the new IITs are high, you can get old IITs like IIT guwahati if possible. I will suggest you to go for old IITs only, as they will provide you a better exposure

With this much score of 568 in GATE examination 2019 you can get an average NIT. Getting  a top NIT or IIT is not possible with this much score in the general category chemical engineering branch. So I will suggest you to give another try to GATE examination
