You will definitely get seat in iit Guwahati ECE branch .

The cutoff for last year is 520 for sc category

You have to wait till 5 th round of josaa counselling.

Anyway congrats you will get desired branch

First of all Congratulations.

For GATE  EC Central PSUs were- Iocl,Ongc,Gail, Ntpc,, Hpcl.

For getting into PSU only gate score is not enough if your rank is above 100.There is high compettition and 

since the students scoring rank below 100 have high chances because the weightage of gate marks

Hello.
As per previous records you can get lower NITs
and IIITs but IIITs are not having Mech branches.
It would be beneficial for you to choose Lower NITs or some special research colleges .

Yes you can apply for TANCA 2019 through your GATE score.All GATE and TANCET qualified students can apply for the TANCA counselling process.First preference would be given for GATE qualified students and then for TANCET qualified students based on the order of merit.You can also write TANCET 2019
