hello naveen this score is good 450+ first of all congratulations but getting admission into good medical colleges is not confirmed.but dont loose hope you can fill coucilling but also be prepared what is your second option

The qualifying marks in GATE 2019 are different for each branch of engineering.

For SC category, CSE has 19.7 as qualifying marks. For civil, it is 18.8; for electrical, it is 26.4, etc.

You can apply for any PSU but it should be on the basis of BTech .

It need not to do anything with Mtech your GATE score will be e Surely checked if itbis above certain limit for example your your GATE rank is within 500, I

Since you have qualified you are eligible to apply for job or admission.

But you won't get any thing. Neither a job in PSU or private sector with this marks and neither admission in good colleges like IITs or NITs. So prepare for next time.

Yes there you can change the squence of colleges as per your requirement. As the choice filling of colleges is independent from the round. Even you can add the colleges in second round which you have not fill in the first round.
