Yes, you are eligible for GATE Exam. Since, as of 2022, any candidate e if they have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline of science, the arts, or commerce (3-year programme), are now enrolled in the third year of the programme, or have already finished it.

Academic Qualification required for GATE Exam:

• Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject.
• Candidates in the pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to appear for GATE.
• Candidates who have obtained/are pursuing their qualifying degree from countries other than India: Must be currently in the 3rd or higher years or completed their Bachelor’s degree (duration: at least 3 years) in Engineering / Technology / Science / Arts / Commerce.

After qualifying gate , GATE COAP 2023 will be conducted for admissions to IITs on the basis of GATE scores. Candidates will have to register at COAP portal . However, IITs will release their individual application forms which candidates will have to fill and submit before the last date..

Yes you can apply for GATE as the eligibility criteria state that Candidates in the pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to appear for GATE 2023. IIT Kanpur will start the GATE 2023 registration from August 30. The GATE 2023 registration date is available at gate.iitk.ac.in. The GATE exam registration form 2023 will be available at IIT Kanpur GATE 2023 official website. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information.

Yes, you can definately take unacademy or byjus for your GATE 2024 preparation because these are the best platforms for preparation of the GATE.

But at Byjus and unacademy you have to pay for the Preparation kit but that is worth for that preparation.

To be eligible to give GATE candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject or Candidates in the pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to appear for GATE 2023. You have a backlog so you will not be eligible to give GATE until you clear that backlog. IIT Kanpur have released the GATE 2023 eligibility criteria in the official brochure.
