If you have 15k rank in JEE MAins CRL then you can get a lot of good NIT in the counselling. rest assured.

Around last week of July and first week have beem scheduled for the counselling. The proceedings would soon be started and all the qualified students would be notified of the same for attending the counselling procession. Its more likely to be held in later week of July. So just wait

As you are a B.Tech CIVIL Engineeirng graduate, It doesn't mean you can't write paper of gate for M.Arch admission. But you can choose a single paper each year. You are not allowed to sit for both Civil and Architecture exam in gate.

So far I know Kalyani Government Engineering College  and other colleges affiliated to Makaut University don't have the facilities to get admission in M.Tech using the GATE score.

They have thier own entrance exam to select the candidates.
