You can do MTech or MS or integrated PhD from IITs, IISc, NITs, IIITs.

 

Some research institutes take GATE qualified students for PhD or project assistant positions also.

Yes, You are eligible for GATE.
Eligibility for GATE goes like this,
4 years after 10+2 bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or 3 years after BSC/Diploma in engineering technology and those who are final year in this program.

You can write IIT JAM for getting into IITs for your postgraduate degree. IIT JAM Eligibility Criteria mandates candidates to hold a Bachelors Degree. Candidates belonging to General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category must have at least 55% aggregate in Bachelors.
B.Sc (a three years degree) students are not eligible for GATE

Various IITs have various eligibility criteria for admission in M.Tech.Like some take 75% marks whereas some take on 55% but most if them generlay want you secure alteast 60% or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale with B.Tech in the relevant branch.

Well, there's an eligibility criteria for some PSU's like IOCL to have an aggregate 65% if you go through the recruitment process without the gate exam.
