You can definitely change your Aadhar card number in your application form of GATE 2020 when they declare the dates of the correction window. Through that correction window, you can log in to your account and then change the required information needed within the stipulated time.

You have to fill your name which should be same to your education qualified certificates. Later during admission or job verification you have to make an affidavit stating you have changed your surname due to marriage which should be attested.

No, SEBC is not same to GEN:EWS as GEN EWS is for general category candidates who has annual income less than 8lakhs while SEBC means socially and economically backward class.GATE considers GEN:EWS,OBC,SC, ST, PwD. SEBC will come under OBC so you can opt for OBC categorical reservation in GATE
