As the cutoff list for gate exam will be released in the month of March but according to the cutoff of last year which was 29.5 Marks I think the cutoff will increase this time by 32 or 33 marks so getting any good government college may not be possible

If you consider previous Years cutoffs then  You may get admission in new IITs like gandhinagar or Jodhpur, but chances are bleak for Mtech.

You Might get in MS program in new IIT's or old IIT's too.

Other than these you can get NIT's but can get Pollution

Actually with this marks it is quite difficult for you to having an IIT.

But as you have a good score in BE then you have the chances to get a good college.
