see iisc bangalore , iit kharagpur has mtech courses offers based on gate xe score, however at this score you have less chances since seat intake is very less. however you may apply for interdisciplinary courses in iit guwahati, or 3 yeas ms course, since ms courses cutoff goes

You should mention from which Catagory you belong  ( i.e , Gen, OBC , SC  or ST) .
