For your marks your possible gate score will be in range 600-620. For this grade you have low chances for getting any of IITs. Some possible options are-

see you did not mention which branch you have applied in gate, however cutoff in psus is depends on the number of vacancy , seat matrix, cutoff in gate score etc.
however admission in mtech in nits also depends on seat matrix, number of participants, questions difficulty level etc.
Going by the previous data, 373 is a tad less score for any seat in NIT. You may have to reappear for the exam. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. For more options in PSUs, Specialisations and other colleges, you can use our GATE college
GATE 2020 cut off is not released yet. But by going last year's cut off , yes you can qualify as the cut off for general category of Life sciences is 36.7 .
