Sainik schools across India provides education from class 6-class 12.They doesn't offer undergraduate courses like B.Sc.The minimum qualification required to get admission in B.Sc is class 12.There are various colleges offering this course, you may have to seek admission in those colleges for admission in B.Sc after class 12.

Yes you can apply as OBC candidate in the GATE exam however you must be OBC-NCL in the national list of OBCs. There are two OBC certificate, one is from the central government and one is from state government. If you are OBC in the central government list

iit kanpur

iit madras

iiest shivpur,

however your scores are quite close with iit kanpur and iit madras if you are from general category, you should definitely apply.
