Im a engineering graduate , 2011 batch, branch ECE. M.Tech 2015 batch, branch ECE. Im planning to write GATE 2021 through CSE branch. Is it possible that I can a appear through a different branch from my graduation and shall face no problem in furthur admissions after clearing the exam.

You have done MTech once. You can't do PG again. in other ways, GATE exam  is given once , the one in which you qualifies and use it for admission into college.

You don't have to give GATE exam again. In any ways, you can appear GATE but can't
