If you are fully interested in MBA only study for CAT/CMAT. Don't study for GATE , GATE exam has a different syllabus and its for M.Tech /ME courses.

Yes you can enter the exam hall before the closing time. Reporting time is generally given to inform the students that they may start entering into the exam hall. There is no problem if you enter after the reporting time. But make sure you have enough time in your hand

For Anna university, CEG Campus. The admission cut off for ECE branch according to previous year trends goes around 40-50 out of 100, for home state candidates and around 50-55 for candidates outside of home state.
