You can't pursue it via GATE from any government college. You can contact private colleges according to your convenience & if they allow it then its possible. Although I am not sure about this private college fact.
You can go for MCA and pursuing it will be better in job

In Hindu University and Hansraj College of Delhi University are good science college. If you want to get admission above both colleges then your marks 50% in graduation. And zoology is one of your subject in graduation level. This is thr most important things. So just apply those colleges
