Basically ISRO conduct own examination so ISRO doesn't recruit through gate score .
But the gate examination preparation is enough for ISRO examination.

For ST candidates always have category seats for any examination or government job service. In every year GATE examination cutoff marks for St candidates always lower than other candidates likr obc or general candidates. So you have this benefits like you can get easily qualified with low marks than
80 marks is GATE entrance examination which is good. And GATE examination those candidates apply who are wanted to get admission in NIT, IIT for post graduation in engineering. So if you have 80 marks in GATE then you have high chances to get admission a very good college.

see as per previous years analysis there were around 3-4 questions are from digital logic., digital logic syllabus for cs and IT is as follows:
Digital Logic
Boolean algebra. Combinational and sequential circuits. Minimization. Number
representations and computer arithmetic (fixed and floating point).
questions mainly from multiplexer, memory, decoder.

Congratulations for such a decent score in GATE.Yes there is chances for you to get into BITS Hyderabad CSE.However cutoff varies from year to year based on several factors and this year things are totally different.However it is a good instituition and the score accepted remains quite high.
