see gate score is valid to admission in m.tech or get work opportunity at psu. However the cutoff score for public sector undertakings varies with the factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level of gate, number of vacancy etc. however it is difficult to suggest that securing 50+

Yes you are eligible. Below is the eligibility criteria for GATE 2022.

Anyone with the qualification 10+2+2 or 10+3+1
Candidates in 3rd year or final year
Candidates that have completed graduation

all of the above are eligible to apply. It doesn't matter if you haven't done intermediate.
