51 isn't enough to secure seats in IITs or NITs.You need at least 700 score to secure seats in IIT for mtech program and at least 550 seats NITS.With this marks your score will be around 550,this score isn't enough under general or OBC category.For sureity wait till IIT

See if the managing committee have accepted ur correction request then they must have provided u some kind of acknowledgement about the answer key. If they won't change the answer in the final list u can easily question them on the legal procedures.
