In your case seeing the previous year cutoffs CSE is tough but you have fair chances of getting ECE, EE, ME etc. Since RV college of engineering is among toop engineering college in banglore for CSE so its cutoffs are really high.

It is difficult to get CSE in top 10 colleges even in second round also but you may get other branches .Most of the top college close their second round for CSE around 3-4k.Do check the link below for previous year cutoff trends :
