Last year closing rank in Round 3 in CGPET in Information Technology at BIT Durg was 804 under open category. So with a rank of 1.8k won't help you to get Information Technology at BIT Durg. Further, in OBC category it was 1680 while the same under SC category was as high as 7520.

Last year closing rank in Round 3 in CGPET in Mechanical Engineering at GEC Jagdalpur was 1404 and that in Civil Engineering at GEC Jagdalpur was 2125. So you have very low chance to get either Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering at GEC Jagdalpur.

As per last year cutoffs, BIT Durg does not consider Female Ranks secured in CG PET. Please provide your CG PET 2019 Common Rank to know which colleges or branch you can get accordingly. Also, you can check that yourself by tallying from the previous year cutoffs. 

And as you have mentioned, you obtained 75% in 12th Board Examination, you are eligible to take admission in BIT Durg.

Your CGPET score is good enough to get top engineering colleges with your favourite branch, as you say your overall rank is 9869 so you can get mining branch in government engineering college bilaspur.

GEC bilaspur is the best engineering college in india specially for mining engineering it is top above all engineering colleges.

I again says that your rank is good and you can get GEC bilaspur we can not say with gaurantee because every year Cutoff is different but you try hard and achieve the goal

You must go through online counseling procedure and fill the GEC College in choice filling process and you must get mining engineering in GEC bilaspur.

But, the exact number of students appearing for the netrance of CG PET 2018 is not known, since the total number of registrations and the total number of candidates appearing for the exam was not disclosed by the authorities due to some reasons. You might not be able to find this information.
