to get admission in nits you need to have more than 95 percentile to get admission in any stream.

however for iiits there is more than 90 percentile marks needed. so at this rank you have really less chances.

As per the previous years cutoff trends of CGPET for BIT Durg I can say that with your mentioned open category rank you will not get seat in BIT Durg in CSE but you can other branches there like 

• Civil engineering
• Electronics & Telecommunications
• Electrical

However you can get  a CSE seat if you reserved category quota.

If you have your OBC certificate then you can claim a seat in under OBC category in that case your OBC rank will be used and if you apply for counselling under unreserved category then your CML rank will be used to allocate you a seat.

Ad per the previous year cut off trends of CGPET for your mentioned Colleges i.e. Government engineering college raipur and Bhilai Institute of Technology, Raipur I can say that you can not get a seat in Government Engineering College, Raipur  but you have very good chance in Bhilai Institute of Technology, Raipur.

No, there is no negative marking. The paper will be of 150 marks. The CG PET 2019 syllabus is quite similar to the syllabus of class XII from Chhatisgarh and other sate/ national board. The exam pattern of CG PET 2019 provides information like language of the exam, mode of the exam, time duration of the exam and marking scheme. There will be +1 mark for each correct answer so 150 questions in total.
