Hello,
Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani conducts the annual BITS HD Admission Test 2018 to offer M.E admissions to eligible candidates. BITS HD Admission Test 2018 will be conducted in online mode and the candidates will have to attempt Test I and Test II. However, candidates applying for Software System Programme will not have to attempt Test II as they will be required to appear for a special paper. The online application form of BITS HD Admission Test 2018 will be made available tentatively in the third week of March 2018. Submission of the filled application form has to be done through registered or speed post. The admit card of BITS HD Admission Test 2018 will be generated only after the slot booking procedure is successfully completed. The BITS HD counselling session will be held at the respective campuses where the candidates will be allotted.

Does BITS HD provide course on Robotics and Automation?

Hey

There is a huge demand for candidates holding Robotics and Automation degree as it involves major job roles in manufacturing, research, mining, maintenance of power plants and many other.

Some institutions offer Robotics Engineering or Robotics and Automation through Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer Science department.

Although, BITS Pilani offers you a course in M.Tech. in Computer Science with robotics as a subject.

If you want to pursue Robotics and Automation course in Hyderabad, then The University of Hyderabad is a great option. Or, if you are planning to reallocate then IIT-Kanpur is well known for Robotics courses.

Yes definitely you are eligible to apply for BITS HD as you are now in the final year if btech.You can start preparing from now for BITS HD.Try to solve sample papers and practice questions as much as possible. This is a very big opportunity for you to get admission in BITS for masters course...so try to crack this exam.

Hi The form of BITS will be common for three of its campuses - Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad and it has not been released as of yet. You will be able to access the application form of BITS in the last week of December 2017 tentatively. BITSAT provides M.E. Mechanical Engineering, M.E. Design Engineering and M.E. Manufacturing Systems Engineering and to get admission in any of the above mentioned course you will have appear in BITS HD ADMISSION TEST. The forms are available around last week of April and closing date is after a month i.e. last week of May. The test has two sections, first is general (basic 12th stuff and apti) and 2 is stream oriented.
