For admission into Andhra University as a diploma holder, the rank considered depends on the course you are applying for:
AUEET (Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test) – This is for admission into the university's 6-year integrated dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) programs.
ECET (Engineering Common Entrance Test) – This is for lateral entry into the second year of B.Tech/B.E. courses.
If you are aiming for lateral entry into B.Tech at Andhra University, your ECET rank will be considered. If you are applying for an integrated program, then your AUEET rank will matter.
Except ECE and mechanical you will probably get any branch in andhara university .
The cutoff for various courses go as high as 8632 FOR BIO and as low as 951 for ECE.
