i cant attend phase 1 of AEEE but i would like to attend phase 2 should i pay 1200 fee?is 1200 a common entrance fee??

Poral Siddartha (siddu) 24th Jan, 2025

If you are skipping Phase 1 of the Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination AEEE and only want to attend Phase 2, you need to pay a fee of 1200 rupees. This is the standard application fee for participating in one phase of the exam.

If someone attends Phase 1 and wants to appear for Phase 2 to improve their score, they have to pay an additional 600 rupees.

Since you are opting only for Phase 2, the total amount you should pay is 1200 rupees.

With a 3k rank in AEEE, you may have a chance to secure ECE in the Bengaluru campus, but the fee slab will depend on your rank and the seat allocation process. Check the official AEEE counseling details to know the exact fee slab for your rank and course.

Sir i applied aeee i will not intrest for phase 1 i will write phase 2 i will not book slot for phase 1 then i write phase 2

Poral Siddartha (siddu) 18th Jan, 2025

If you've applied for AEEE but don't want to attend Phase 1, it's completely fine to skip booking a slot for it. This won’t affect your chance to write Phase 2. Just focus on the following:

1. Keep an Eye on Dates: Watch for updates about Phase 2 slot booking.

2. Book Your Slot: When the Phase 2 slot booking opens, secure your spot and download your hall ticket.

3. Prepare Well: Use this time to get ready for Phase 2 and aim for a great score.

No need to worry—just stay focused on Phase 2!

i appiled aeee i will not book slot for phase 1 then i wll write phase 2 with no fee

gitika yadav 19th Jan, 2025

Hi Venu,

Yes, you have applied for the AEEE and do not book a slot for Phase 1, you can still write phase 2 without paying any additional fee .  When you registered for AEEE, if your application fee covered both phases, you are eligible to attempt either phase without extra payment.

Even if you skip Phase 1, you must ensure you book a slot for Phase 2 when the slot booking window opens. Without slot booking, you won't be assigned a test date or center.

Skipping phase 1 is your choice, but ensure you prepare well for phase 2 as it will be your only attempt.

You can check out the given link for more details.

All the best!

I applied for AEEE for phase -1.But i dont want to write phase -1 exam.i want to attend phase -2 exam only.do i need to apply again for phase -2 exam and pay fees. can i skip phase -1 and appear for phase -2 exam with the same registration fees.

Vanshika Agarwal 16th Jan, 2025

Yes, you can skip AEEE Phase 1 and only appear for Phase 2. However, you will need to apply and pay the fees again for Phase 2 when the application window opens. You've already submitted your application for Phase 1 however, you may choose not to appear for the Phase 1 exam. When the application window for Phase 2 opens, you'll need to submit a fresh application for Phase 2. This will require you to pay the application fee again and you can appear for the Phase 2 exam as per the scheduled dates.
