If you had gotten a rank below 70 then you could have got admission in Osmania University or JNTU Hyderabad. Please participate in the counselling and hope for the best. • Residence Certificate which is for preceding 7 years of qualifying examination i.e. Graduation in respect of candidates who are  prin aivate school.
• It is very much suggested for you to make it as soon as possible because it may take time.

See according to your rank in GPAT i think it is highly unlikely for you to get into the top collegess of TS PGECET like JNTUH and Osmania University. The competition is tough and the chances of you making into your stream might be difficult even though you belong to BC-D category. Still you should go for it as you never know the trends change every year.

I'm very happy to inform you that you are an eligible student who fulfills the criteria of getting admission into JNTU but there's no guarantee for OU for M.Pharmacy. Hello aspirant. Kindly mention your category. It varies according to category 

 Assuming that you are from general category , it is very difficult to get there with this rank. Moreover preference is given go GATE qualified students . Even top 500 ranks of general category are not sure of getting admitted in JNTU or OU.

yes you can get an admission at JNTU Hyderabad. Your rank is bit high but some chances are still there to get an admission.

you should apply for the college. given other options too for the security purpose. You shouldn't take risk. Competion is high anyway to get an admission as JNTU is a highly demanded college in South India.

There are two rounds of TS pgecet counselling  ,one for the gate qualified students and second round for non qualified students or  TS PGCET qualified School .preference is given tO GATE qualified students After the first round of counselling , the remaining vacant sears are allotted to  non gate students in  the second round .

And the second round of counselling is expected to start in the second week of august 2019.
