Since the closing ranks for colleges are not available anywhere so I cannot really give you any suggestions regarding the colleges that you can get with this rank. I choose not to guess in this matter as it is a sensitive issue and beating about the bush isn't an option. 

Coming to your rank, with my knowledge, it will be tough to get Civil in Osmania University and JNTUH as they are one of the most sought after universities and there will be many more candidates with better ranks waiting for the seats. You can still try for these universities but I would suggest you to keep back up options too.

I would suggest you to participate in the counselling properly and wait.

Coming to your rank, with my knowledge, you can try for JNTUH, especially because you belong to a reserved category. You do have a fair chance of getting ECE in JNTUH.

Hey Durga prasadh! There is no proper announcement of date by officials till date. TS PGECET 2019 Counselling will be started from July, 2019. TS PGECET is a state level examination organizes for providing admission to the M.Tech/ M.Pharmacy/Pharm.D courses. This exam is managed by the Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). The process is consisting of certificate verification & option exercises. You can visit the official website regularly to remain updated.

TS PGCET cutoff marks or ranks are not really known

I can just predict the colleges for you on the basis of the previous year cutoff ranks. And considering the previous year cutoff ranks , you have the chance to get a seat in the low ranked colleges affiliated to OU or JNTUH like geethanjali college of engineering , malla reddy college of engineering , NMR college of engineering etc. 

Note that these are just predictions because cutoffs fluctuate every year.

The Classes of Mtech generally starts from july end or from the beginning of August. 

This is the time when new sessions starts for most of the engineering colleges in India. During this time both BTech and Mtech classes starts for most of the engineering colleges including IITS and NITS.
