Congratualations you have got good rank in TSPGECET, the best branch for mechanical engineering for Mtech and specially girls are Automobile Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Product Design and engineering, Computer Integrated Manufacturing etc, these Branches are good for girls in my view and most of them are based on software design. below is the link for Mtech colleges in Telengana

Since the closing ranks for colleges are not available anywhere so I cannot really give you any suggestions regarding the colleges that you can get with this rank. I choose not to guess in this matter as it is a sensitive issue and beating about the bush isn't an option. 

Coming to your rank, with my knowledge, it will be tough to get mechanical in Osmania University and JNTUH as they are one of the most sought after universities and there will be many more candidates with better ranks waiting for the seats. Belonging to SC category can prove to be advantageuos though.

I would suggest you to participate in the counselling properly and wait.

Yes you can definitely think of cse in JNTU hyderabad,because there oc category closing rank is around 100-200 but as you have scored 22 rank you can secure your seat in cse in 1st round of counselling.

Just app in Tspgecet counselling portral and wait for the dates and instructions.

As the counseling will be conducted 3rd week of this month according to the information available

Osmania University, the organizing authority of TS PGECET 2019 Counselling will conduct two separate rounds of counselling, one for GATE/GPAT 2019 qualified students and another for. Ts pgecet 2019 qualified students. Preference will be given to GATE/GPAT qualified candidates and admission to TS PGECET qualified candidates will be given on seats which remain vacant after admission through GATE/GPAT. 

Yes dear your category rank i.e. ST rank 699 is very good and you will definitely get a seat in Chaitanya Bharti Institute of Technology,Hyderabad.On the basis of previous year trends the cut off lasts upto 800 in ST.The college is good in all terms and you should not worry and wait for the counselling.

With your poor performance and rank of 3000 in TS PGECET, there is no good government college that may be able to give you admission. However you may try NMR College of Engineering or Maturi Venkata Suba Rao Engineering College. Candidates are called for the counselling rank wise. At the time of registration, candidates have to pay the counselling fee of Rs. 1000 (Rs. 500 for SC/ST category). The fee is non-refundable. 

Counseling maybe held at July'19 ( tentative).
