with new jkcet policy can i get admission in mechanical or civil engineering in any college with 71% in 12th

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 13th Sep, 2020
Hello,

The eligibility for JKCET is that a candidate should have passed Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or any equivalent examination with at least 50% (40% for reserved category).
Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech course in J&K had to fill JKCET 2020 application form for appearing in the entrance exam.
Presently, the authorities have postponed the conduct of JKCET 2020 due to Covid-19 till further announcement.

I hope this helps.

Sharon Anoop 17th Apr, 2020
Dear Aspirant,

Usually for Domicile Certificate we attach Aadhaar Card or the Nativity Certificate issued by the corresponding village but I am not sure about Ration card. Every exam will specify the particular documents that needs to attached along with the application.

what will be the cut off of EWS category?

Goutam Rao 24th Mar, 2020

Dear sir,

General category cutoff for 2018 prelims was 98.00. If we assume same for 2019 prelim, EWS seats will be filled only and only after general 40% seats are filled. if General cutoff is 100. it can be 99 or 98 or 0 but never greater than 100.

Thanking you
